Return/Cancellation/Credit Policy: 

 

Your satisfaction with the products you purchase and receive is our number one goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date. Please follow the instructions to make sure your purchase is returned and credited promptly.

  • Please use the original carton and packing material if possible. 
  • Address the package to the shipped from location listed on the packing slip. 
  • Indicate on the packing slip the item and quantity being returned, & a brief explanation why you are returning the merchandise. 
  • Include documentation supporting any return shipping charges. 
  • Place the packing slip inside the carton and seal the carton with appropriate packaging tape. 
  • Packages must be returned via 'UPS Ground' or the 'U.S. Post Office Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation'. 

Please be sure to retain the tracking number for all boxes in case shipment must be traced. Collect shipments will be refused and returned to sender. Your return will be posted to your account with us. A credit will be issued to the credit card on which the original purchase was made.

Merchandise Not Received:

If for some reason, you did not receive your order and it has been longer than 14 business days, we will follow up with the shipping company and put a tracer on the original shipment. If our inquiry states you never received the item, we will mail you out a replacement immediately if possible. If our inquiry states you received the item you will be billed for the second shipment, however, once we receive the original shipment back, you will be credited back to your credit card the price of that item(s) less shipping fees.


Damaged Merchandise:

In the event your purchase was damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Damage claims must be reported to us within 14 days of the shipment date. Please include your order number in all correspondence.
